Papermaking with Herää Pahvi!

Herää Pahvi! is a project that researches agricultural side-products, like plant stems and grain husks, to make an ecological alternative to paper. This motion graphics production shows their papermaking process.
This animation was produced in collaboration with Emily Laakso. We worked in close co-operation in all the stages, from scripting and storyboarding, to final asset drawing and animating.
The assets and storyboard images were done in Illustrator. The animating and compositing was done in After Effects.
